ISA Automation Week, a new event from the International Society of Automation, will include intensive educational and applications-based technical sessions delivered by subject-matter experts. ISA training courses and standards meetings will be held concurrently, making ISA Automation Week a single site for automation and control knowledge and networking opportunities. It will be held October 4-7, 2010, at the Westin Galleria Complex in Houston.

The conference program will focus on key manufacturing disciplines such as instrumentation and process control, automation, energy and power, green manufacturing, safety and security, systems and enterprise integration, and wireless, networking, and industrial communications. Sessions will include both theory-and applications-based presentations. The event will include an exhibition area for a limited number of companies.
