Series OR is designed to reliably remove both organic and inorganic suspended solids. With an efficient flushing system and large stainless steel screen, the filters are suitable for dirty water applications. Instead of electricity, a simple hydraulic system manages the short cleaning cycle, which is triggered by a predetermined pressure loss across the dirty screen. Complete screen cleaning takes only 5 to 10 sec with no interruption of water flow. Sizes range from 2 to 24" with screen openings of 10 to 3,000 µm. The filters can be used to protect cooling towers (in both side-stream and full-stream configurations), heat exchangers, chillers, misters and spray nozzles.
