Fluid Removes Oil, Grease from Cooling Tower, Chiller Systems

When heat exchangers fail in a cooling tower or chiller process loop, oil can contaminate the cooling water, eventually coating all of the piping and surfaces that come in contact with the water. This can have a detrimental effect on cooling efficiency. TowerTerge can effectively release the oil and grease from the piping, allowing users to flush the cooling process loop and cooling tower for a fresh refill of clean water. The flush fluid combines a strong surfactant with a foam suppressant and an emulsifying polymer, formulated specifically for industrial use. Application takes two to three hours and requires that the water be flushed from the system after treatment.
