Emerson Process Management recently delivered the 750,000th Fisher Fieldvue digital valve controller. Introduced in 1994, the microprocessor-based instrument enables users to monitor valve performance online; collect and trend performance data over time; and analyze the collected data to better predict and plan valve maintenance. The Fieldvue instrument is a component of Emerson’s PlantWeb digital architecture.
