BigEZ kits include precision-calibrated dye cartridges that allow technicians to add a precise amount of fluorescent dye to refrigeration systems. Each 4-oz cartridge contains enough dye to treat up to 16 gal of lubricant, approximately 400 lb of refrigerant or 150 tons of cooling. The kit includes the BEZ-50 dye injector assembly; a hose/coupler with check valve and 0.25” flare low-loss fitting’; one BigEZ dye cartridge; and a purger fitting. The injector requires only one connection to add dye into the system.
