Owner-Operators Help Each Other

Members of the Cooling Technology Institute, Houston, now have access to an online Owner-Operator Forum where they can exchange ideas and ask for help.

The private area on www.cti.org was set up so owner-operators could speak frankly about problems and concerns in their businesses. The forum, which is password-protected, requires owner-operator members to first obtain a passcode from CTI's office.

The owner-operators group does not replace the existing online "Ask the Expert" forum, which still is available to solicit answers directly from manufacturers and other suppliers.
