Ziehl-Abegg AG Forms U.S. Subsidiary

Ziehl-Abegg, AG, Künzelsau, Germany, a century-old, privately owned manufacturer of precision fans, motors and electronic controls, has formed its first U.S. subsidiary in the United States, with offices based in Greensboro, N.C.

Ziehl-Abegg Inc. has formally taken over all aspects of product sales, marketing and technical service functions in North America from EBM-Papst Inc., Farmington, Conn., the company that has represented Ziehl-Abegg in the United States for more than 18 years.
