HEV from Chemineer Inc. is designed to handle mixing problems involving low viscosity liquids or gases as well as turbulent-flow mixing processes, regardless of line size or shape. Mixing is accomplished by controlled vortex structures. The unit can be configured for noncircular cross-sections and is suitable for gas phase processes such as reactor premixing, thermal oxidation or pollution control applications where pressure loss and length are critical.
