Electrical Enclosure Cooling

Vortex coolers are made to keep electrical cabinets and control panels cool, clean and protected. Units incorporate vortex tube technology that uses filtered compressed air to produce a refrigerated airstream distributed throughout the enclosure. Coolers from ITW Vortec maintain a light positive pressure inside the cabinet to seal out contamination, heat and humidity that can damage sensitive electronic controls. Refrigerated air produced by the vortex tube enters the cabinet while hot air is expelled through a relief valve.
