Dual-Channel Heat Exchanger

With its O-ring-based fluid sealing system to ensure leak-free operation, heat exchanger system from Bay Voltex Corp. is designed for use in semiconductor and process tool applications. The dual-channel system allows for independent temperature control of each channel. High pressure flow is provided by VFD-controlled, magnetically coupled turbine pumps. Temperature control and safety-interlock monitoring are provided by pens and touch-screen controls.
