Add a small amount of WD-801 or WD-802 fluorescent dye into a system and allow it to circulate. Wherever water escapes, so does the dye, which remains at the site of any leaks. When system is scanned with an ultraviolet lamp, the dye glows brightly to pinpoint the leak. Dyes are suitable for preventive maintenance. Spectronics Corp. (800) 274-8888 www.spectroline.com
