Features of the I-Drive include overmolded NdFeB magnets and an enhanced heatsink. It combines a pumphead, brushless DC motor and an electronic controller into a single unit that delivers smooth, pulseless flow. The 40 or 70 W motor drives the pump electromagnetically, eliminating all physical contact with the motor. No moving parts in the drive unit extend service life. The thermal- and overload-protected electronic controller provides variable-speed drive options of 0 to 5 VDC, 4 to 20 mA remote control signal, or local manual control. The pump has a flow rate up to 0.85 gal/min (3.2 l/min) and can handle a maximum differential pressure of 100 psi (7 bar).
