Alternatively, the control is available in a hand-held configuration. Low watt density Incoloy heater ranging from 9 to 24 kW resists corrosion better than copper or stainless steel. High capacity pumps ranging from 0.75 to 7.5 hp with bronze or stainless steel impellers ensure turbulent flow. Pump seal is made of leak-resistant, carbon Ni-Resist. An adjustable water supply pressure switch prevents operation when water pressure is low, and a bypass line protects heater pump if process flow is shut off. Cabinet housing is removable from top, side or front.
