A system of tools designed to work with a high flow valve provides up to six times the processing flow, shortening the time to fill and evacuate refrigerant. Offered byFasTest Inc., CoreMax functions without pinching, online brazing or material waste and is comparable in speed to processing through a 0.25" tube. Evacuation rate can be increased through the use of a core insertion tool. Valve has a threaded taper and sealing surface, allowing it to work with existing caps and service tools. Integrated system design includes high flow access valve, connector, seat, core-insertion tool, torque tool and core-removal tool.
