Cryo-Quick Jumbo CF tunnel freezer is designed to meet the processing needs of the case-ready meat market. The system from Air Products and Chemicals Inc. has a 6.5" product clearance to accommodate the large diameter of case-ready meats. The tunnel has recirculating fans to improve heat transfer rates, stainless steel conveyor belt with loading capacity up to 100 lb/ft, and two exhaust fans.
