Rotoform Mini fromSandvik Process Systemsis a small-scale version of the company's Rotoform granulation system. Suitable for use in laboratory testing and existing plants to define product parameters at an early stage and predict full scale production rates, the system provides dust-free, stable and thermally unstressed pastilles. Capacity is up to 22 lb/hr, and the device can handle products with viscosities from 10 to 5,000 cps. Cooling process uses cold water spray that is recycled within the system.
