AlfaNova 14 can withstand pressures up to 290 psi (20 bar). The plate heat exchanger is constructed of 100 percent stainless steel using AlfaFusion, a bonding technology that provides high mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance (up to 1,020°F [549°C]), and corrosion resistance. It is suited for applications that have high requirements for cleanliness, use ammonia, or where copper or nickel contamination is not accepted. Refrigeration applications include oil cooling, condensing, economizing, desuperheating and absorption systems.
