Cooling Tower System

FG Series cooling tower system is suited for cooling temperature requirements from 85oF (29oC) upward. In operation, water entering the tower is uniformly sprayed over the large surface area of the tower fill. The tower fan induces air to flow in the opposite direction of the water. A direct drive TENV motor integrally mounted to the cooling cell induces this counterflow draft. The fan motor has sealed bearings and needs no lubrication. Precision factory tuning of the fan blade pitch ensures full-rated capacity and need no field adjustment for optimum performance.
