Adalet also has begun carrying Noshok dry- and liquid-filled pressure gauges on the the AD Products web site following an agreement reach with the Berea, Ohio, company. These gauges are suited for process, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food and testing applications.

Gems Sensors, Plainville, Conn., has acquired Precision Dynamics Inc. (PreDyne), a manufacturer of custom miniature solenoid valves, manifolds assemblies and fluidic systems. Gems Sensors will become Gems Sensors & Controls. PreDyne valves and manifold assemblies will continue to be manufactured at the New Britain, Conn., facility, and PreDyne's sales and engineering staff will join Gems to support the product line.

St. Louis-based Emerson has acquired Bristol Babcock, Watertown, Conn., from FKI plc, Loughborough, England, for $121 million. To be renamed Bristol, it becomes part of Emerson Process Management.

The corporate headquarters that manufactures flow measurement systems for Racine Federated Inc., Racine, Wis., is celebrating 35 years in business. In 2004, Racine Federated moved from two buildings to its current 160,000 ft2 structure. Part of moving to a new building was to consolidate all divisions under one roof to gain efficiencies.
