Cleveland-based Parker Hannifin Corp. acquired Acofab SAS, located in the Vert-Galant industrial area of Saint-Ouen l'Aumone (Val d'Oise) outside of Paris, and its common majority shareholder Adecem SARL, a European supplier of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and thermal management products.

Cleveland-based Parker Hannifin Corp. acquired Acofab SAS, located in the Vert-Galant industrial area of Saint-Ouen l'Aumone (Val d'Oise) outside of Paris, and its common majority shareholder Adecem SARL, a European supplier of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and thermal management products. Revenues of the acquired business totaled approximately $12.9 million (euro 10.2 million) for the year ended December 2005. Earnings are expected to be accretive to Parker in first full year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nytrox Systems Inc., a manufacturer of ozone water treatment technology for industrial applications, has moved to 901 American Pacific Dr., Suite 120, Henderson, NV 89014. The expanded corporate offices will house Nytrox's sales and product engineering group.

London-based Flomerics Group plc has reached agreement on the proposed acquisition of the entire share capital of NIKA GmbH, an engineering fluid dynamics software company based in Frankfurt, Germany, specializing in simulation tools for the prediction of fluid flow and heat transfer.
