Manchester, Conn.-based Lydall Industrial Thermal Solutions Inc., manufacturer of Affinity chillers, has signed a distributor agreement with Solid State Cooling Systems, Pleasant Valley, N.Y., that covers cover the TR1200 and a cooperative development agreement for the Thermorack 3500.
“Together with Solid State's technology and our full range of refrigerated chillers as well as non-refrigerated heat exchangers, we offer a win-win situation to our customers, giving them the choices they deserve. Lydall, which has served the semiconductor market for 17 years, also has a global service network in place to serve its customers around the world,” John Tattersall, president of Lydall Thermal/Acoustical Inc. commented.
Lloyd Young, president of Solid State Cooling, further commented, “We believe this agreement with Lydall will be beneficial to Solid State Cooling in two important ways. It provides a well-established global infrastructure for our technology and accelerates our introduction of the Thermorack 3500 for high-powered plasma etch and ash applications.”
