Constructed of either rugged galvanized steel or HDPE plastic, cooling tower designs are offered with 10 to 500 tons of cooling capacity and are CTI certified. The galvanized cooling towers have an induced-draft, crossflow design that saves on fan and pump power. Features include a gravity-flow water distribution system and a nozzle designed for precise water distribution over the PVC film fill. The high-density polyethylene cooling towers include forced- and induced-draft designs. Features include a PVC water distribution system and fill material, seamless one-piece plastic shell, jointless leak-proof sump, and an air-moving system that incorporates a fully enclosed motor to drive the fans or blower.
