Filters are made using a multi-extruder process that results in a graded structure. The filters use an integral, fibrous, extruded core to ensure high strength and prevent flow restriction. Fine fibers are created to form a porous matrix with high dirt-holding capacity. Long, continuous fibers are thermally bonded and do not migrate into the process fluid.
