Continuous Sauce Chiller

Freshline can chill mayonnaise, sauces and pastes in seconds. Developed as an alternative to existing mechanical chilling systems, the cryogenic chilling system uses a liquid nitrogen solution, resulting in product shelf-life improvements. Use of the continuous sauce chiller can also reduce manual handling of products. The chilling solution has been tested though longevity trials at German sauce makers, and the company has developed a trial unit that allows food processors to text the chiller’s ability to chill mayonnaise or other sauces on their own premises.
