Orange Research releases catalog; Parker Hannifin Acquires Kay Pneumatics Ltd.; Bacou-Dalloz changes its name to Sperian Protection.
Milford, Conn.-based Orange Research released a
catalog with specifications and photographs of its line of differential
pressure instruments, flowmeters and liquid level switches. It can be

Kay Pneumatics Ltd., a Milton Keynes, UK-based
manufacturer of pneumatic valves, cylinders and precision electro-pneumatic
control system known as KV Automation, has been acquired by Cleveland-based Parker
Hannifin Corp. KV Automation will operate within Parker’s
Automation Group. The company will continue to leverage its rapid-prototyping
capability to design and manufacture fully integrated electro-pneumatic and
electro-fluidic system solutions for customer-specific applications.
Smithfield, R.I.-based Bacou-Dalloz has changed
its name to Sperian Protection. Bacou-Dalloz Group
is the result of a merger between Groupe Bacou and
Christian Dolloz in 2001. The company hopes the
new name will become a unifying identity brand for many of its product
