Filter prevents debris such as cottonwood and pollutants from entering equipment air inlets. Unprotected air inlets allow debris to insulate coils and other sensitive components, interfering with the operating efficiency. Made of washable, black UV-protected electrostatic polypropylene, PreVent is custom sized to the intake perimeter and finished with a flexible vinyl binding or rigid steel edge. Affixed using a choice of several installation attachments, the filter can be cleaned of debris with a broom.
