Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments Inc., Fresno, Calif., named Environmental Enterprises USA Inc., Slidell, La., sole distributor of its TD-500D hand-held oil-in-water monitor and its accessories for the Gulf of Mexico oil- and gas-production industry.
