Model 3000 mounts directly into a piping system and has four leading tabs and four anti-swirl plates that suppress turbulence and swirl to produce a fully developed velocity profile within eight diameters downstream. Suitable for any fluid, the compact flow conditioner is intended to help increase flow measurement accuracy especially when using ultrasonic flowmeters. It is available in sizes from 0.5 to 120" dia. and measures two diameters long.
