A refinery in Groves, Texas, tackled a major cleaning project but required a little help. It hired Rain for Rent to bring in and secure the tanks and equipment necessary to hold the spent cleaning solution in the turnaround job.

Management at the refinery contacted Rain for Rent, Bakersfield, Calif., because, coincidentally, Rain for Rent had recently made a presentation at the Groves firm, explaining its service capabilities, which includes temporary liquid-storage solutions.

Rain for Rent provided a total of 53 Worksafe tanks at 21,000 gal each, hose, hose bridges, pipe and fittings as well as hydrotesting and certification. Installers placed the tanks on 12 x 50' spill guards to ensure containment of any spillage during the 2.5-month project.
