“Efficient and affordable water treatment is one of the biggest operational challenges with hydrofracking, and there is a need for new flexible treatment methods that meet the many challenges facing our oil and gas partners,” says Eli Gruber, CEO of Ecologix. The ITS system removes essentially all suspended solids from wastewater, produced water and frac water.
Combined System Treats Frac Water
An Atlanta-based wastewater treatment company specializing in
oil and gas has enhanced its mobile integrated treatment system for hydraulic
fracturing. The combination of Ecologix Environmental Systems mobile chemical
treatment and mobile DAF systems allows the system treat 900 gal/min of
flow-back water from fracking operations.
