Cooling Tower Fan
Swifter CTX Series is suited for cooling towers, air-cooled heat exchangers and evaporators. Fan sizes in the industrial axial fiberglass fan line range from 5 to 40' diameter in four- to 16-bladed configurations. Custom fan sizes, colors and configurations are also available. The cooling tower fans incorporate high efficiency, patented airfoils and proprietary technology, in which the fan blades are molded into a single-piece contiguous composite blade consisting of an outer fiberglass shell with an inner high density polyurethane foam core.

Tuf-Lite III has a one-piece fiberglass-reinforced polyester construction to help ensure good leading and trailing edge protection as well as UV protection. The individually balanced, interchangeable blades can be installed in current designs of the company’s hubs. Series P2H and P3H utilize blades with an airfoil design. The blade dimension is chosen to provide a uniform air speed over the entire usable blade area. Impeller diameters range from 5.5 to 19.25" with 25° to 50° pitch to suit specific application requirements. The blades are fixed in the hub, ensuring a preset blade angle that cannot move or change under load. The blades are made from high strength, injection-molded thermoplastics or die-cast aluminum.
Cast Aluminum Blowers
Blowers are offered in 4, 6 or 8" diameter with capacities to 1,550 cfm. Features include a cast aluminum housing, heavy-duty steel base, and forward-curved blowers. It offers clockwise rotation and can be rotated to four positions. Suitable for application temperatures of 0 to 160°F (-17 to 71°C), the blowers have circular inlet and outlet collars and single- or three-phase TEFC motors.

Class 10000 Heavy Duty (HD) fans are designed for large fan diameter installations. Offered in clockwise (RH) and counterclockwise (LH) rotation in fan diameters from 3 to 24" (1.22 to 7.32 m), they can be configured with manually adjustable pitch. Features include a hub tube diameter of 3" for added strength and durability, resilient blade mounts and increased chord width. The blade angle can be adjusted without removing the fan blades.
Cooling Tower Fan
Ultra Quiet fan is designed for cooling tower applications where very low sound is a necessity. The wide chord blade design is well suited for low sound operation, delivering good airflow and pressure capability at reduced speed. Constructed from aluminum, the fan meets FM approval standards. It is designed for continuous duty in all cooling tower operating conditions. It utilizes marine-grade quality 5052 aluminum alloy blades.

Aluminum Manually Adjustable Fan
Series 5C15 is available in diameters from 3 to 6'. The blade is a 5" wide twisted casting available in either right or left hand twist. The aluminum plate hub comes with a properly sized mounting bushing. With a cast aluminum blade and extruded alloy center, the fan includes zinc-plated Grade 5 carbon steel bushing and clamp bolts, and ductile iron hub bushing.
