Maxivision do not use mercury to measure temperature, so when used, the bimetal thermometers can help a facility eliminate mercury from the site. The instruments have dial diameters of 2 to 5” in ranges from -80 to 1,000°F (-62 to 538°C). Standard stem lengths range from 2.5 to 24”. They provide a fixed rear or bottom stem, and the Everyangle design allows the stem angle to be adjusted. Hermetically sealed for washdown applications or liquid-filled to counter high vibration, the stainless-steel bimetal thermometers are suited for difficult installations.
