Model Powerfoil X delivers as much light as a 400 W metal halide bulb. The LED covers the entire diameter of the fan while using less than 175 W. Its tempered glass lens is designed to provide excellent optical properties to minimize glare. The LED light can be added to the company’s Powerfoil X industrial ceiling fan. It generates large volumes of gentle air movement using small motors. The LED-equipped model eliminates the need to  rearrange lighting grids to avoid a shadowing effect that can occur with very large (8 to 24’ dia.) ceiling fans.
