Series LCF provides an economical solution for side-stream cooling tower separation of solids from water. Depending on the micron selected, the removal of all solids to the micron rating can be achieved in a matter of minutes rather than hours. When used in conjunction with the Turbulator Eductor nozzle system, the automatic self-cleaning filter skid can provide an efficient method for keeping tower basins clean without interrupting the facilities’ processes. Users can significantly reduce maintenance costs, energy costs, chemical usage and consumption of a valuable natural resource: water. Standard features include: basic painted steel skid, V-200P automatic filter, isolation valve, MF4 control and diaphragm flush valve. An optional bag recovery vessel may be added, and the filtration system is provided with or without pump and pump control.
