Hansen Technologies, Bolingbrook, Ill., will offer industrial refrigeration seminars in 2014 for refrigeration systems operators, plant and facilities engineers; contractors and consulting and applications engineers.
The company’s two-day training seminar teaches attendees about the installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Hansen industrial refrigeration valves and components. The training is recognized by the Refrigerating Engineers & Technologies Association (RETA) and is equivalent to 12 credit hours of refrigeration training. Seminar topics include functions and features of Hansen valves and controls, installation and operation tips, hands-on valve maintenance, cutaways and disassembled valves, setup and troubleshooting of controllers and level probes, and valve sizing and selection. Also, the seminar will include a tour of operational refrigeration systems using Hansen valves, purgers and controllers.
Seminars are planned for February 11-12, May 13-14, August 12-13 and November 11-12, and they will be held at Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, Ga. For more information or to register, visit www.hantech.com.
