The Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA), Salinas, Calif., has approved the charter for a new Indiana chapter. Charter officers are: Ray Burniston, president; Elizabeth Alexander, secretary/treasurer; and Andy Rockwell, sergeant-at-arms.

 The national board of directors approved the charter request for the St. Joseph Valley chapter at the November board meeting in Bellevue, Wash. RETA now has 44 active chapters across the country. RETA chapters meet monthly throughout the year for seminars, speaker presentations, plant tours, demonstration videos and other educational opportunities.
