Terlotherm Delta line is offered in additional sizes. The USDA-certified scraped surface heat exchangers have an upgraded, hygienic design and increased heat transfer surface area. Design features include UHT pasteurization of particulates up to 1” in size; USDA dairy and poultry certification; magnetic, X-ray and metal-detectable scraper blades; and metal-detectable gaskets. 
The 3 to 75 ft2 dual heat exchange cylinders are packaged into a single unit with a small footprint. The bottom-driven design eases maintenance and helps eliminate the risk of oil contamination.
