Model RTR-601 is designed to measure the internal temperature of food items and liquids using an insertion probe. Users are able to record temperature, time, date, operator, item identification numbers and pre-programmed measurement judgment. With a temperature range of -13 to 455°F (-25 to 235°C), the wireless handheld thermometer is suitable for both hot and cold readings. It can store up to 1,800 data readings.
