Easy-to-follow service videos will help Julabo's customers get answers to simple service questions, and the company plans to make those videos readily accessible by launching its YouTube Channel.

The first series videos, which can be viewed on at http://www.youtube.com/JulaboUSA, were created to answer frequently asked questions received on its telephone helplines. The service series includes topics such as draining, filling, connecting, turning on and opening a Julabo instrument. The videos were recorded at the company's facilities in Allentown, Pa., and include different members of their staff.
