A series of two-day seminars focusing on the installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Hansen industrial refrigeration valves and components will be held throughout 2015. Presented by Hansen Technologies, Bolingbrook, Ill., at Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, Ga., the training is recognized by the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association and is equivalent to 12 credit hours of refrigeration training.

This seminar reviews the functions and features of Hansen valves and controls, provides installation and operation tips, allows hands-on experience with valve maintenance using cut-aways and disassembled valves, covers the setup and troubleshooting of controllers and level probes, explains valve sizing and selection, and includes a tour of an operational refrigeration system that utilizes Hansen technology.
