Thermal fluid specialist Global Heat Transfer hopes to help companies reduce costs with a newly launched maintenance plan. Available in three levels of service, Thermocare promotes a proactive approach that it says could save manufacturers up to 75 percent on maintenance and energy costs over a five-year period.

According to the company, Thermocare is structured to avoid unexpected thermal fluid maintenance costs and downtime. It is available in three packages that range from the basic to the complete care of thermal fluid systems.

The plan is available to new and existing Global Heat Transfer customers and includes services such as 24/7 on-site engineering assistance, regular sample analysis, condition monitoring of heat transfer fluid, system health checks and training.
