Rapid Milk Chilling Technology Offsets Unreliable Power

An MIT startup has developed technology that is improving the way milk can be stored in Indian communities where access to electricity is difficult and reliable refrigeration is limited, says CNBC. The rapid milk chiller reportedly is able to chill milk to 39°F (4°C) instantly.
