Designed for freezing products such as parbaked goods, frozen pizzas, trayed foods, and meat and poultry products, cryogenic spiral freezers use a conveyor with a belt that travels in a vertical spiral, conserving floor space and optimizing cryogen use. Cryoline XF spiral freezer has a proprietary crossflow pattern of cryogenic gas and delivers rapid heat transfer to boost throughput and reduce operating costs. The immersion spiral freezer combines high efficiency nitrogen utilization with high volume spiral freezing throughput to more than 20,000 lb/hr. Standard box-spiral freezers with throughput to 15,000 lb/hr provide high reliability and simple operation.
