Tenova Takraf acquired the assets of FMC Technologies’ Material-Handling Systems (FMC MHS) business unit. Based in Lansdale, Pa., the company provides a line of proprietary equipment for rotary drying and cooling of various materials.

According to Tenova, FMC MHS’s products are complementary and allow the company to provide equipment catering to smaller volumes and integrated in-plant conveyor solutions.

The business unit will be integrated into Takraf’s U.S. business in Denver, but it will retain its office in Lansdale.
