Automatic Self-Cleaning Screen Filter Uses Less Water
Model ORZ uses up to 80 percent less water for the self-cleaning process while providing more screen area than traditional hydraulic automatic filters. The automatic self-cleaning screen filter combines new and time-proven technologies to produce a reliable filtration system to meet today’s specific requirements, says the manufacturer. More screen area means less frequent rinse cycles, and less rinse water reduces waste disposal costs and conserves a valuable natural resource. The automatic self-cleaning screen filtration system has connections from 2 to 24” (50 to 610 mm), screen area up to 2500 in2 (16,130 cm2) and filtration degrees from 5 to 3000 microns. Economical yet rugged, the system easily handles demanding industrial cooling processes, keeping cooling tower basins clean and protecting heat exchangers from sediment deposition.
