Career development for women in industrial refrigeration is the focus of an engineering event organized by the Institute of Refrigeration and Women in RACHP. The career development day takes place on June 23, coinciding with International Women in Engineering Day.

Hosted by Cool Concerns in Twyning (United Kingdom), the event is open to all women in the RACHP (refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump) industry. It will consist of two parts: a practical training session offering hands-on technical refrigeration experience and an interactive course to help attendees further their career in engineering.
