Stellar, a food processing design-build firm, released a case study about its work with a leading coffee producer. “How Royal Cup Optimized Manufacturing & Enhanced Quality Systems to Support Growth” provides a look into Stellar’s approach.

For the project, Stellar developed a business plan, manufacturing analysis, manufacturing plan and master plan. Stellar then completed three construction projects for Royal Cup, including a new facility, a warehouse expansion and a renovation.
