Flagship Food Group, a producer of Mexican-style frozen food and an array of sauces and salsas, will invest approximately $3 million to convert an empty 76,000 ft² warehouse in Albuquerque, N.M., into a distribution hub. The company also expects to add approximately 200 new jobs.

Colorado-based Flagship signed a 10-year lease for the new space, which will include one of the state’s largest cold storage freezers. The freezer will account for nearly half of the site’s footprint.
