Portland-based Henningsen Cold Storage will invest $30 million to build a cold storage facility in Grandview, Wash.
Henningsen Cold Storage, which paid $1.3 million for approximately 26 acres, will build a 142,000 ft2 warehouse in the first phase of a three-phase construction project. The facility will provide the region’s food processors with an additional cold storage hub.
The company operates more than 53 million ft3 of refrigerated space in distribution centers in Oregon, Idaho and Washington.
