The Yolo Food Bank of Yolo County, Calif., is moving to a facility four times larger than its current space.

The new site will include a new cold storage space, which will increase the organization’s capacity by about eightfold. It will allow the Food Bank to bring in more food, especially perishables.

According to the Food Bank, Yolo County is expected to grow by about 80,000 people in the next 20 years, raising the expected need for services from 35,000 people currently to an estimated 47,000.
